Question: Cannot see the video?
Answer/s: Have you entered your username & password correctly (if used)?
We recommend you use Microsoft Internet explorer version 6 or above.

Question. Video is playing back jerky or not very clear?

Answer/s: The qualtity of the video we have received is not as good as it could be.
You must have a decent broadband connection onto the Internet.

Question: How many people can watch our MagicMoment simultaneously?
Answer: As we use Video Streaming Servers for your video/s, (not web servers).
These Streaming servers easily propagate videos to anywhere in the world.
So in theory this figure could be many thousands simultaneuos viewers, "a bit
like television" that can watch your MagicMoment from anywhere in the world.
This should prevent that dreaded "buffering" message appearing, usually associated when video's are played using web servers. This message can appear even with a single viewer that has an excellent broadband connection to the Internet!.
Web servers are designed to host websites that use text and pictures only
